The location suggests, it must be studied to embrace the mode of the performance. An evocative space that of the terrace at the top of the Castle of Caccuri, a small garden, where for the prestigious Italian literary prize the supreme poet was honored in his 700nary with a scenic form that used excerpts and compositions inspired by the Divine Comedy, through an essential directorial structure, made of fabrics with which the singers related, highlighting the geometric shapes of the space, consisting of a circle floor in the center, where a continuous revolving stage action of the singers, simulated the “Dantean circles,” and a tower, the “tower of ascent to Paradise,” at the foot of which the audience positioned, became part of the scene.
